Posting is the temporary use of external employees within your company. Posted employees work for Mac People and are employed for the duration of a project or for an agreed period. You are assured of a custom solution, because you have the freedom to determine the duration, the work description and, if desired, to determine the conditions of employment. In addition there is a notice period in the contract so that you are assured of the desired continuity.
